Magical: A CATS / Mistoffelees Fan Site

Yes, I’m the crazy one that ran Magical. At seeing a possible push to expand and get back into making fansites, I thought I’d bring mine back up. I’m not sure how much I’ll be bringing back but I will try and do my best. Last year (2025), I got back into my love for CATS the Musical and my love for Mistoffelees. With this came a HUGE of amount of new information/videos/music/etc that I think needs to be shared with the world. There is already an amazing website the CATS Wiki that has all of the general information you could ever want on any dancer thats ever been in the musical.

Jacob Brent is still my favorite Misto and no, I still haven’t met him or spoken to him yet. I know my 12 year old self is still disappointed in this. Even if we are both from my home state and both live there. One day maybe we’ll run into each other. Until then, life moves on. 

This site won’t be for the new Jellicle Ball production going on right now in NY. I know he went and loves it, but it’s not my thing and the newer fans are rubbing me the wrong way. 

I’m honestly not sure yet. I’ve got all of my old files from the early to mid 2000s and while I’m not embarassed by them, I’m afraid newer fanbases may make drama out of it. That being said – there is a lot of new information out there that I’d like to link to, like to show off, point people to new things, etc.

Links to youtube videos for playlists, boots, interviews, etc for the older productions of CATS. Yes, mainly things with Jacob as Misto in it. (I do want to give this much to my younger self and finally post the content that we wanted to see as a kid. Still haven’t found a full video of him as Misto on stage, but there are lots of other tiny clips to add.)

Possibly some graphics, like icons and backgrounds. Maybe silly reposts from the early 2000s?

I won’t be adding links to any new productions unless I get explicit permission. And it’s safe to assume that sadly none of this is mine. I just want to share what I’ve found.
