The show didn’t start until 8:00pm so we had a long while. Well me being the either way late or way early person that I am, thought we might be late. ^^ We went by Ami’s house so she could get her ‘Tugger’ gloves and her mother took tons of pictures of us ^_^ which I want some by the way..XD Then we went by Walgreens. See the Cat ear I got from Yves, they smart a tad. I need to put felt around the sides so they won’t squish my brain and make it fly out mah ears. XD But I got these comfortable (for once..) and right shape (once again a rarity) black cat ears. The insides weren’t white, but they had glitter. ^_^ We had many people point and stare at us… only the jerks who were going into a different show though. Everyone else (or the people that went to CATS anyway) were fairly nice. XD I loved the little kid’s faces when they saw us. Once we were inside the theater we had people pointing at me (since Ami was turned away from the crowd) and going “Oh! Look!! Wow!!” I got TWO not one, but TWO CATS shirts. *bounce* and one of them has Misto on it!! *dance* The other one is the one I wanted. The one that says ‘CATS’ in HUGE letters. ^_^ Then I also got a hat after the show.

The Show:
The show started at 8pm exactly and I waited as patiently as I could to see their Mistoffelees. ^^ The lights went out and the music started!! I felt so happy and wanted to dance to it. This time the dancers didn’t run down the walk ways, but that’s ok. After the millions of Cat eyes went away Demeter ran out and got scared by the car and ran back in. I watched intently as Munkustrap slid on to the trunk. (he looked like Micheal Gruber in the dark!)

They started to sing and I was having trouble find all of the CATS. I soon found out that they had some cats playing two instead of one.

Jellicle Cats (the first song): Munk sang first..and at first he made me cringe, but I got use to him. I liked their Skimbleshanks immediately. ^_^ And I totally *loved* their Mistoffelees.

But I’ll go into that later!

I liked the pyramid thing (it’s always my favorite part) but the shoe didn’t come down. Jenny did sing her off key ‘C’ and ALL of the CATS pulled A Jake Misto ear swipe! XD *laughs* all in sync to.

The Naming: These cat’s had good voices for the naming. They freaked the audience out who were sitting in the front rows. and at the end they came down into the audience and stared at us.

Invitation: first off know that the guy who played Misto was the understudy. Well, Munk sang the invitation. That totally ticked me off. I thought at first that maybe since it was an understudy he didn’t sing..but he sang the rest of the time *pouts*.

Their Victoria was so *cute* XD I actually liked her for that two hours and didn’t mind Misto dancing with her. *grins*.(to preface little me despised Victoria. Now she’s cool)

Jenny Any Dots: The Misto guy copied the video. XD. He acted like it was *his* song. Ha ha!! He made the cutest rejected glance before hiding into some male cats side (slashy show people..XD). But Jenny didn’t come out of the Trunk like in the movie..she came out of the stove. Which I disappointed in because Quaxo had so much potential to totally annoy two of the CATS. Two CATS were sitting up on the trunk playing with each other and it would have been funny if Quaxo used his magic to make them fall off when he lifted it. OH!! And Quaxo was in the tap dance!!

Tugger: This Tugger, gah, he made me cringe. He tried way *too* hard to be Elvis like. So hard, it make you either grin or roll your eyes. I rolled my eyes. But I *loved* the kittens!! And during the “Rum Tum Tugger is a terrible bore line” Munk AND Quaxo did it!!

Quaxo was still dressed as a Beetle to!! The girls did the shaky Elvis leg thing when Tugger danced around them!! And Tugger came down into the crowd and flirted with the girls!!

Grizzi One: I really really really liked how Munk pulled Misto’s arm and stood in front of him when Misto tried to see Grizzie. It wasn’t Micheal’s way of doing it where he throws Jake back..no this was more maternal than that. XD

Bustopher Jones: Skimble got in the way *a lot* during this song. All the stuff that Misto was supposed to do x_x

Rumpleteazer and Mungojerrie: The dancers were good. Rumple went a little high for my liking, pitch wise. but Mungo was great! XD The song sounded a little rushed but all in all very good!!

Old Deuteronomy: This is where I heard Quaxo sing for the first time. Well, where I could actually hear it. And his voice is so tenor. He can’t go down low like Jacob can. In fact he was almost Alto. XD ha ha Once again, Skimble got in the way and went to get old D..but of course that meant I got to see Quaxo act kittenish on the ground, flaying paws and mewing!! XD

Jellicle Ball: Dude, I just *loved* the dancing. Quaxo was *so* shy acting!!Victoria tried to get Tugger to dance with her but he wouldn’t and Bomba danced with some random male cat. OH! Slash Fans! XD *dance* In the middle where everyone is mating, Misto at first looked to be getting comfy with Cassandra.. but THEN the most unexpected thing happened that made want to shriek with delight:

Misto went down with a M A L E cat…

I almost jumped out of my seat! I was so happy!

To bad it wasn’t Tugger but a Male Cat indeed! I’m not sure who it was…though. *shrugs* who cares!
(I think it’s Alonzo or Plato. Broadway Alonzo once again throws me for a loop – my mortal enemy)

Intermission: ..XD We sat bored for a while talking about the good aspects and bad aspects of the show!

Moments of Happiness:..boring as usual

Gus: *gag* no comment

Growl Tiger: XD dude, Quaxo was *so* adorable in Growl Tiger. I love how infatuated he was with Griddle Bone. I could see him blushing and bashfully looking to the floor and then randomly he leaped on Tugger’s back and Tugger *carried* him around for awhile. It was AWESOME! Ok so since Misto left after Growl Tiger..I don’t have many comments until his song. XD

First During Skimble: HE ROCKED! XD He was so cute! And his outfit was all fuzzy..and soft looking!! Not spandex like the rest!!

Second: During Macavity, the dude, who I finally found out played Alonzo, danced..behind..Demeter o_o? it was all weird.

Mistoffelees: That annoying Tugger only got louder..x_x but other than that it was good. Instead of coming down the rope Misto came out to the side and made the lights come on..the audience clapped! He danced really awesome like and his magic “didn’t” work a few times. Just like Jacob in the movie. XD oh! And instead of evil loud booms..this Misto had flying confetti!! Which meant I didn’t have to hold my ears at all and I could enjoy the song!! I tried so *hard* not to sing during Misto because I didn’t want people to stare but I was bopping around and grinning from ear to ear as Tugger sang (they couldn’t stop me from doing that).

The conjuring turn was *SO* Cool! XD And he chose Cassandra as usual, but when Old D appeared this Misto literally jumped into Old D’s arms and brought his legs up and was *held* and *cuddled* for awhile!! *dies* XD I was in heaven!! OH!! And when Tugger and the company held hands with Misto and walked to the front O_O Tugger practically had his arms around Misto’s WAIST.. The rest of the Musical just rocked!! XDAt the end, Bomba called Tugger over and acted like she was going to kiss him. So he walked over all suave and Tugger like and then right when they looked like they were going to kiss Bomba *knocked* Tugger *over* and *stepped* ALL over him..XD

It was sooooo FUNNY! XD

After that me and Ami went home and I came back to my house and I missed JP’s Tugger SO much that I threw in the tape and watched that.

Now about Misto: This guy looked like Jacob Brent from far away. But he was a little to skinny (not as much baby fat) and a tad to tall XD but..wow. ^__^ He was just *so* adorable. I wanted to pick him up and cuddle him to bits.
